Modern and Convenient Stay

reclining bedusb portslight accentspersonal fridge
My room had a reclining bed. TV trays on each side. There were individual lamps with charging USB ports! Light accents created a lovely mood. Central A/C and a heater worked very well.
My biggest issue was the lack of a fridge in my room. A communal fridge existed, but it was not as convenient.
Dining
8/10
Coffee and tea were available for free, which I greatly appreciated. Breakfast included several options, but they could run out quickly. Croissants are offered in the morning, but there is no full restaurant.
Location
8/10
The hotel is near public transportation, BART, and MUNI. Many unhoused people congregate near the hotel sometimes. Target, Ross, and IKEA are only a few blocks away.
Service
9/10
I saw security frequently in the lobby! Erik in Mission Control was a great help. You can leave bags before check-in and after check-out.

Modern and Clean Cabin Experience

quiet atmosphereclean roomuseful amenities
I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, especially with great local restaurants nearby. I even received food vouchers! The room was also super clean. The hotel provides key items such as water, an ironing board, and a hairdryer, which really came in handy (so thoughtful!).
The breakfast offered a limited selection of cereal, apples, croissants, and coffee, which became repetitive .
Location
9/10
The hotel is centrally located. Many local restaurants can be reached from this convenient spot. I recommend this lodging for all travelers.
Service
10/10
The staff was helpful. They prioritized my needs when issues arose. They always were available and helpful. The self check-in computers in the lobby are a great option. There are staff members there if you need assistance.
Facilities
8/10
The facilities have a minimalistic and modern design. The rooms are compact. They feature unique pink and purple lighting that enhances the creative concept of the hotel. The historic building adds charm.

compact comfort downtown

clean roomconvenient showersimple breakfastconvenient location
i found the room to be clean upon arrival. the shower had great water pressure and included shampoo, conditioner, and body soap (very convenient). breakfast provided a simple start to the day. it included coffee, tea, apples, oatmeal, pastries, yogurt, and granola bars.
the internet connection was unstable . it kept flickering, difficult to rely on for work or streaming.
Location
9/10
the hotel is located in the city center near public transportation. i found it very easy to access nearby attractions. the bart is also very close (making airport access simple).
Rooms
10/10
my room featured modern design. the space was efficiently utilized. the bathroom had high-quality fixtures. i was impressed by how quiet my room was despite the central location.
Facilities
8/10
the hotel offered a self-check in kiosk (though staff was available). i especially liked the continental breakfast served between 7-10am (it was a nice touch).
